Introducing the Kylin Ambassadors Program (KAP)

Since Kylin is designed to evolve into a DAO, for long-term success it will become increasingly crucial to have a strong community in place as the backbone of our network. That being said we are extremely happy with how our community grew organically so far and even surprised with the already very high level of passion and engagement despite not even being tradable on the markets.

More than 11,000 Twitter followers, 7,500 Telegram members, 700 Discord users, 360 PolkAMA subscribers, 90 Adelaide card holders and some thousand more members across 12 unofficial Kylin chats and local communities run by volunteers. Those numbers are simply amazing and exceed our own expectations at this point by multiples!

To acknowledge this success we decided to give those who put in the most effort an opportunity to get as close to the core team as they can get by introducing the Kylin Ambassadors Program (KAP).

The community has been carefully monitored from the start, and some of our Kylians have stood out by showing high interest and participating in a very positive and educational way. They dug deep into the Kylin resources to learn as much as they can about the project, raised useful questions and helped others by providing guidance in official and unofficial chats, on Twitter and other channels over a long time period.

By providing creative and educational, high-effort content, they set the example for how Kylians can actively participate in growing the Kylin ecosystem.

Following our pioneer @BuLLSander, we are proud to present to you our first three apprentices for the KAP:

Founder of CryptoVN Group. Creator and manager of the successful Vietnamese Kylin Telegram community. Skilled content creator and translator.

@GuglielmoRuffo:

Manager of the Italian speaking Kylin Twitter account: @ItaliaKylin. Passionate and successful creator and manager of the Italian speaking Kylin Telegram community, our largest single unofficial community.

We would like to thank these three apprentices for being so passionate about Kylin and positively contributing as role models for the entire community. Throughout the following weeks and months, we’ll work closely together to create further awesome community initiatives.

A Kylin ambassador will be assigned with tasks that suit their skills. For example:

• write blogs
• run native communities
• design/run a merchandise line
• mentor new apprentices
• be on the lookout for potential partners
• evangelize the project
